Itemized Estimate & Contract & Start Date
Client Meeting
If you're in the area, our first meeting will be in person! We'll delve into your needs, scope of work, and take measurements & photos. It's our chance to see if we're a good fit for teaming up on your project together!
Rough Estimate
Expect our estimate in 10-15 days. We'll schedule a meeting to go over it together.
In our virtual meeting, we'll discuss the estimate, address your questions, and talk about project duration and potential start dates.
Estimate Approval
We are all excited about the project and the estimate has been approved!
Design
Your remodel dreams begin to take shape! We will collaborate closely, refining ideas into concrete plans, crafting realistic renderings, and material selections. This is where creativity meets functionality, ensuring your vision seamlessly transforms into a personalized blueprint!
Itemized Estimate & Contract
With the final design and material decisions in place, we can now provide the actual project cost. This represents the total expense barring any unexpected developments or changes in scope. It's time to sign the contract!
Permits & Materials
Construction Schedule
We will begin scheduling with our team and put together a construction timeline.
During this time we will be applying for permits, should they be required, as well as sourcing materials and finishes.
Final Walkthrough
This is our chance to review the work, address any pending items, before we close out the project and hand over the keys.
Construction Begins
Get ready, because here we go!
After approving the estimate, expect the deposit invoice. This reserves our time and kickstarts the design process!
Deposit
After signing the contract, you'll receive your second invoice, typically 30% of the total cost.
2nd Payment
At this stage, you'll settle the remaining 30% of the total cost.
Final Payment
The start date will be the time to pay the 3rd invoice, typically 40% of the total cost.
